Mr. Schmidt brings years of legal expertise in the areas of environmental law and litigation.
Mr. Schmidt obtained his B.S. in Geology from Southampton College in 1986, obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) in 1991 and was admitted to the California Bar that same year. Mr. Schmidt worked as a Hydrogeologist prior to his legal career, and for the past 25 years has devoted his practice to all areas of environmental law and environmental litigation including CERCLA and Clean Water Act violations, site remediation, land development and toxic torts.
