Associate
Kate Del Valle is an Associate at Hamrick & Evans, LLP, where she focuses her practice on environmental and administrative law. She assists clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks involving government agencies and remediation sites under CERCLA and related statutes. Drawing on her technical background and strong research skills, Kate supports environmentally regulated industries in developing strategic, science-informed approaches to compliance and site management.
Kate earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she served as Co–Vice President of the Student Bar Association's Evening Program and worked in the Community Lawyering Clinic. She received her B.A. in Environmental Law and Policy with a minor in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her combined legal and scientific experience informs her practical and detail-oriented approach to environmental matters.
