Dale M. Radford earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While in law school, he served as a Senior Supervising Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Journal, was a legal research assistant for Professor Jessica Vapnek, competed on the A.B.A. Client Counseling Team, worked for the Employment Law Clinic, was co-president of the Hastings Student Animal Legal Defense Fund Chapter, and received the Stephen Cohen Scholarship for Public Interest Writing. His writing has been published in the Hastings Journal of Crime and Punishment as well as Mapistry Inc.'s Environmental Litigation Blog. Dale obtained his B.A. in psychology with a minor in anthropology, graduating cum laude from UCLA where he was on the Dean's Honor list. At UCLA Dale was a mentor for incarcerated juveniles with Project BRITE and educated underserved youth in health education as a T.E.A.C.H. Intern.
Prior to joining to firm, Dale worked in probate litigation as well as insurance defense, where he helped to litigate and settle numerous personal injury and coverage cases on behalf of large, publicly traded entities.
